Myself personally think its a great idea to teach your kids early to be compassionate and to help others in need. My daughter who is 9 donates her birthday and Christmas money to help buy toys for others in need. Im involved in helping out with lots of things like helping families in need have a Thanksgiving dinner and buying toys and clothes for needy kids at Christmas time or in other times of need like a home fire or such. What im wondering is how many others get thier kids involved in these things? And if not then what are your reasons for not doing it? Thanks in advance for all the responses to this. I agree with you - it's a great idea to teach your kids while they're young that we have a responsibility to help other people. It gives me hope that the next generation will be decent, compassionate human beings and care about more than just themselves. Q. I have a question about my brother finding his kids. Long story short my brothers ex keeps moving and now my brother has lost contact with her and his kids for a couple of years now. They didn t split on bad terms or anything she is just really flaky and ended up getting a jealous new boyfriend blah blah blah. He s paying child support but when he called the child support place they said they couldn t give out her whereabouts and I ve tried looking her up on the internet but I cant find her either. Does anyone have any suggestions on how my brother can find his kids? Thanks in advance. Asked by PhoebeBB - Tue Jul 3 00:27:22 2007 - - 8 Answers - 0 Comments A. The reason child support won't give up the info on their where-abouts is because they actually need a written request from him and then the mother needs to say whether or not it is ok(sad...not at all fair for a good dad, but how it is done nowadays). And if she tries to claim abuse, it can tie things up longer (or long enough to move away again). Go to court and file whatever paperwork necessary. Make child support give you the info. Make them grant him the right to see his children. Answered by Ghost Writer - Tue Jul 3 01:31:28 2007 From Yahoo Answer Search: "Kids"
