A. The first and foremost problem is the red tape put in place to making it near impossible to get any thing done. Then when you get the paper work out of the way, then all the well meaning greenies protest it and halt any progress. Then when some hot shot gets out there and say this is the way to go, people jump on the band wagon with out the slightest knowledge if this source of energy is even plausible or cost effective. To answer your last question there are good alt. sources but they will not be used due to trumped-up environmental regulations.

A. Its the responsibility of the nations government to take care of its citizens. WHy? because many wealthy nations (such as the united states) has poor people that live in it own nationt. The United States is completely ignoring people on the streets (that I see everyday) who do not have a place to sleep, a place to eat, and not a place to go to the bathroom. But yet we have people in America who go out and build a huge house on 150 acres of land. They have a inground swimming pool and so many extras. When I walk downtown in the cities and see a homeless person, I think to myself, How can this happen? How can we walk by these people and not do anything for them?
